Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every cap that leaves our court. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

What we cover

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item - we've got you, no questions asked. Reach out within 30 days of your delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to reach us

Email info@palmerapadel.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Exchanges & store credit

Not the right fit? We're happy to offer store credit on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact, requested within 30 days of delivery. Because our gear is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for refund outside of the above circumstances.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale and limited edition drops
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Custom or club orders

These will always be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

A note on care

Your Palmera cap is built to last. Spot clean only - hand wash cold if needed, air dry, reshape while damp. Keep it on the court, not in the dryer.
